Shipping & Returns


Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receiving payments.

Order Tracking: If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders may not have tracking information.

Shipping Rates: The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders: If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.


We pride ourselves on having an easy and understandable return policy. As a dedicated wholesaler in the business, Premium Smoke and Vapor’s return policy reflects our commitment to retailers.

Generally, defective products may be exchanged for the same or equivalent products. (Specific product return policies may be detailed in the product’s description on our web site.) If the product is not available at the time of the exchange, the option of a substitution or credit will be presented to you by telephone.

If not otherwise stated, we accept returns for defective items within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

We make every effort to minimize the processing time for your replacement (or credit). Returns are typically processed the day they are received.

To initiate a return, you must contact Premium Smoke and Vapor by phone at 469-274-6237 or email If you are contacting us by email, please list the product that needs to be returned, the number of the order on which it was purchased, and a brief explanation of the problem you are experiencing.

When returning defective items, please include a copy of the receipt on which the item was purchased and highlight the item being returned.
